Data centers have earned a reputation for arriving big. Calris facilities are designed from the start to be the opposite: quiet, unmanned, low-profile, and respectful of the places they occupy. These are the commitments behind that claim.
Will it be noisy?
No. Our facilities are engineered for quiet operation. A compact, self-contained enclosure has none of the large-scale mechanical plant that gives big data centers their hum, and sound performance is a design criterion for every site.
Will it create traffic?
No. Facilities are unmanned and remotely monitored. After construction, site visits are limited to scheduled maintenance, typically a single service vehicle at a time.
Will it use local water?
Our facilities are designed to operate without municipal water for cooling.
What about power?
Each facility is sized to the electrical capacity its site already supports. Calris pays for its own power and for any infrastructure it requires, and we coordinate with the local utility from the first day of site evaluation.
What will it look like?
Low-profile and finished to fit its surroundings. Our facilities are designed to go unnoticed.
